Project Description
Collaborative Law
Collaborative divorce is a relatively new term but an established approach to dissolution of marriage in the State of Florida. The process involves a mutual resolution of all marital issues by employing an open-flow method of communication between the parties and their respective attorneys. Often times other professionals will be included in the process such as, counselors, accountants, property evaluators, and other related professionals. There are many benefits to utilizing this method. Empowering divorcing couples to achieve a peaceful result while remaining amicable and non-adversarial is among the benefits of collaborative divorce. In the end, it can greatly assist parties in a dissolution of marriage to avoid many of the pitfalls associated with divorce like fear, anger, regret, and extreme expense.
