Robert McGlynn Jr., Esquire
Robert McGlynn graduated from the University of Florida with Honors in 2006 and received his Juris Doctorate with Honors in 2009 from Florida State University. Mr. McGlynn has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 2009.
Mr. McGlynn has dedicated himself to helping families navigate their way through the legal system and routinely litigates high conflict cases. From divorces to paternity actions, and domestic violence injunctions, Mr. McGlynn has represented his clients in all aspects of family law.
Mr. McGlynn approaches each case from a results-orientated perspective, asking his clients to set out their goals at the onset of the case so he can work towards them. Mr. McGlynn understands that amicable resolutions may not always be possible and is unafraid to aggressively litigate matters when needed
Mr. McGlynn has been recognized for his dedication to family law, having been honored as a Super Lawyer Rising Star since 2020. Only 2.5% of all lawyers in Florida are selected as Super Lawyers Rising Stars. Mr. McGlynn is also a member of the Florida Bar Family Law Section and routinely engages in continuing education to stay up to date on the evolving nature of family law in Florida.
Mr. McGlynn is married and has two incorrigible children, a girl and a boy. Mr. McGlynn has coached his little boy’s tee-ball team and enjoys spending time with his friends and family. Mr. McGlynn enjoys family trips to Disney World, golfing (poorly) with his friends, and going to University of Florida football games.
Mr. McGlynn met Ms. MacDonald while working on a family law case and was extremely impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to her client. He is honored to join the Law Firm of Kari L. MacDonald as a partner and looks forward to providing his clients with excellent service.
